SMS Format

The SMS format lets you define the format of the SMS to be sent to the customers.

Updating the SMS Format Settings

To update the SMS format setting, go to Configurations > SMS Setup > SMS Format, the SMS Format page is displayed.

Click on the Update button.

Type: This field defines the type of customers who will receive this SMS. You can select the desired type from the drop-down list. If you select anything else than this Loyalty Type then its SMS Format will be loaded in the SMS Format field.

SMS Format: You can edit this field as per your requirement except for “Code: {0}”

Click on the Save button at the top of the page.

Note: The SMS format “Code: {0}” cannot be changed otherwise it may result in the error of a one-time password on the customer’s end.
