Sales Credit Limit Permission

 

Adding New Sales Credit Limit Permission in Inventory

Click on the “Inventory”, then “Setup”, then click “Sales Credit Limit Permission”. Sales Credit Limit Permission page will be displayed.

Click the “Add new“ button on the top of sales quotation page.

Enter issue date in “Issue Date” field input box.

Enter name in “Approved By” field input box.

Click on anyone radio button (Customer or salesman).

Click on “Customer Code” input box then code list will be drop down. Select the desired customer code then selected customer name will be appeared in “Customer Name” input box.

Click on “Period Option” checkbox.

Enter start date “Period From” field input box and then enter end date “Period To” field input box.

Enter amount in allow credit limit upto input box.

Click “Save” button to save the information.

 

Deleting Sales Credit Limit Permission in Inventory

Click on the “Inventory”, then “Setup”, then click “Sales Credit Limit Permission”. Sales Credit Limit Permission page will be displayed.

Click the “Delete” button on the top of sales credit Limit Permission page.

Enter credit control in “Credit Control ID” field input box.

Click on “Load” button. A prompt box will be appeared.

Click “Yes” button to delete the Sales credit Limit Permission.

 

View Sales Credit Limit Permission in Inventory

Click on the “Inventory”, then “Setup”, then click “Sales Credit Limit Permission”. Sales Credit Limit Permission page will be displayed.

Click the “View” button on the top of sales credit Limit Permission page.

Enter credit control in “Credit Control ID” field input box.

Click on “Load” button.
